Series Description
When using the Functional Devices ESRN and ESRB UL924 relays, you have the capability for 0-10v dimming override, to enable full brightness when normal power is absent and emergency power becomes present. The ESRN or ESRB models will not only override the dimming, but will allow you to use the light fixture for both normal/emergency lighting when switching from a controller or wall switch application. These units have their own localized test button and LED indicators to assure the install was properly completed. Also, they include a 2.0 second delay test when the switch is deactivated, indicating the emergency circuit is active and ready. For scheduled remote testing, Functional Devices offers a remote dry contact test switch (ESRTB) to accompany the ESRN and ESRB models. This switch is used by field inspectors when testing the emergency circuit and their fixtures.
